Don’t be afraid, there are no drastic diets and radical changes. It is primarily a set of well-aimed advice and tips about things that I have experienced and tested myself and know that work. With this advice I will help you improve your health, sleep, drop some kilograms and develop your overall physical condition. I will tailor the changes to fit your time schedule. Quality lifestyle will give you a better feeling about yourself. And the way we feel about ourselves will influence the overall quality of our lives. Fitcoaching will bring you more energy and joy. Being fit isn’t difficult at all!

Who is Fitcoaching for?

For everyone who wants to reduce weight and improve digestion, flexibility or sleep. Your skin and eyes will become radiant.

When will I see progress?

Most people will start losing weight already after the first month. Their digestion improves and they feel more flexible.

How much does it cost?

The price is 3 000 CZK, the amount is paid in cash at the first meeting. I vouch for my advice. If, however, they won’t bring you any benefit or improvement, I will return the money to you.

How does it work?

Fitcoaching includes 2 two-hours long consultations and follow-up assistance with aplication of given instructions. At the end I will give you additional information and contacts, which I gathered on the topic.
